I've been suffering from depression for about 5 years now. About one year ago it hit a climax and I started considering suicide.

I've been trying many things to regain my mental and physical health and I'm slowly making progress. A few of the things that really help me are praying, reading the Bible, listening to worship, and learning through books and workshops.

I use this app called Headway. It takes books and basically gives you the cliffnotes version. Then I take notes on that. So I highly suggest you download that.

Anyways, I'll start sharing what I've learned and am learning. So we can all learn together.
